School Caretakers

Our School Caretakers play an important role in helping to make our school a safe, happy, and welcoming place for everyone. Pupils chosen for this role take pride in supporting their peers and working closely with staff to keep our school community strong.

School Caretakers:

  • Support their peers by being positive role models and helping others when needed.

  • Work collaboratively with staff to plan and lead assemblies, sharing important messages and celebrating achievements.

  • Welcome pupils and community members to whole-school events, helping everyone feel included and valued.

  • Look after our school environment, ensuring that it remains a caring and safe place where everyone feels respected and supported.

Through this role, our School Caretakers develop confidence, leadership, and teamwork skills, while making a real difference to school life. They help to ensure that our school continues to be a place where every child can thrive.
